December 30 A Muse stampDecember 29 Challenge catch upThis was a card I made for Friday's SCS Limited Supplies
challenge to follow the list of white cardstock, designer paper,
ribbon embellishment, and an image to be colored.
The Saturday challenge is based on this Inspiration piece:
This is what I came up with using the retired set of Forever Friends and Filigree.
I dug the Forever Friends set out of my "to sell" pile and have decided to keep it.
I have trouble parting with any stamping stuff and whenever I get rid of something
I always regret it!
December 27 Stamping with SharonI had a stamping play date with my friend Sharon
today while Billy played her boys, Jared and Jordan.
Sharon and I were trying out some of the new
SU pre-order stuff, it will be great to be able to order
a bunch more of it come January 1. I uploaded one of
her cards to the New Stuff Gallery and a few more samples
using the new Celebrate Everything.
Here is one I did borrowing one of her sets called
Enjoy Every Moment.
December 26 Merry Christmas!!I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas
filled with many blessings and some presents too!
I got a package of mini calendars in my stocking
and made the following calendar for my fridge,
magnet strips go on the back.
My stocking was filled with the most adorable
embellishments for Valentine's Day and a lot
of soldering supplies so I can begin to make my
own frames and embellishments. Can't wait!
December 20 Soup ShakerThis card was inspired by a card done by Lisa Zappa,
a Crafty Secrets designer (www.craftysecrets.com).
I made mine a matchbook shaker card which is filled
with alphabet noodles. The inside holds a pack of instant
chicken noodle soup.
I'll make a few of these to have on hand for cold and flu season.
Hope I don't need them for anyone :) |
